Insurance Justice was set up to help businesses recoup the compensation they should be paid out by reluctant insurance firms.
It was set up during the outbreak of Covid-19 after more businesses found that insurers were refusing their Business Interruption claim.
Insurance Justice was formed by Jonathan Hartley Associates (JHA) and Clear Legal Marketing Limited (CLM) after it was contacted by large numbers of businesses upset and frustrated by their insurance companies and brokers.
Insurance Justice has a network of legal contacts and was able to put clients in touch with appropriate law firms to get them the legal help that they required to pursue potential claims.
It quickly became clear that there was a widespread problem with many firms unsure where to turn if they wanted to challenge insurer's' decisions not to pay out compensation.
Insurance Justice has been set up to not only help find legal help for businesses but also to campaign for insurance industry reform.
We will be lobbying the Government for meaningful change to the insurance industry to bring about better transparency and accountability.
Insurance Justice will highlight in the media cases of malpractice and help raise awareness for businesses that may have a claim.
